Radcliffe & Co's generous gift secures next year's Rose Road Carers Awards
July 2026
This month we received an incredible donation from Radcliffe & Co Life & Pensions that will make a real difference to carers and families supported by the Rose Road Association. The gift secures our ability to sponsor the Rose Road Carers Awards again in 2026, providing vouchers for those recognised for outstanding caring achievements, and will fund two further respite holidays for Rose Road carers and families in 2027.

Gladys and Cheryl head off on well-deserved respite holidays

Following nominations from the Rose Road Association, two dedicated carers, Gladys and Cheryl, have taken well earned breaks through the respite holidays awarded at last year's Rose Road Carers Awards. Both were recognised for their outstanding commitment to caring for family members, and we're proud that Caring For Our Carers could help make these holidays possible.
Supporter's private celebration raises over £800 for respite care
April 2026
In April 2026, a private celebration hosted by one of our supporters became an unexpected source of support for carers and families linked to Rose Road. Guests chose to make donations in lieu of gifts, raising over £800 for Caring For Our Carers. We're enormously grateful to everyone who contributed. It's a brilliant example of how personal celebrations can be turned into meaningful support for people who need it most.
Christmas Swim raises over £1,000
December 2025
Our annual Christmas Swim returned in December 2025, with brave (and very cold) participants taking the plunge to raise money for carers and families supported by Rose Road. Together, swimmers and supporters raised an incredible £1,000+ for the cause.
Aaron Phipps opens the 2025 Rose Road Carers Awards
September 2025
We were delighted to have Aaron Phipps open the Rose Road Carers Awards staff day in September 2025, spending the afternoon running team-building and communication exercises with staff in a 'Taskmaster'-style session. Caring For Our Carers was proud to sponsor the prizes for the awards themselves: vouchers for staff recognised for outstanding caring achievements, along with two 2-person respite holidays awarded through nominations from Rose Road.
